About The Office
The Chatelaine (also known as Hospitallier) is the local Public Relations representative to the community. He/she is the contact point for people to request demos and answer questions on what we do. He/she is the news media contact and new member contact. The Chatelaine is responsible for keeping information pamphlets handy to give out to interested on-lookers at any of our gatherings. Once each quarter, a report is submitted to Kingdom. The report includes how many demos have been conducted, how many new members are participating and any other basic information needed. Also, any ideas for increasing the amount of members is freely discussed with other Chatelaines across the Kingdom.
